REXLUBE # 29 Dry Film (FREE Ground SHIPPING in mainland USA, Alaska & HI not included) Aerosol lubricant with Moly consists of an extremely light weight vechicals that carries the metallic solids into the porous interstices of the metal surfaces and then evaporates within two minutes. It requires about two hours to bond completely to the metal surface. The lubricating film remains in position like paint and operates at temperatures -100F to +750F. It has a greater load support than other lubricants since the only way to remove is by grinding or wearing it off. The metal surface to be painted. It contains no 111 tricloror other ozone depleting chemicals. Outstanding for use on cutting dies, feed or take off tables, or slides for paper, glass, of other materials. It desceases wear and give smoother operation on grippers and gripper bars. It is used in the die casting to eliminate sticking in the pores of the mold and gives it a better finish plus many many uses.

The # 330 sealant and anti-corrosivewill not harden, does not absorb moisture and is chem inert. It eliminates leakage thru threads and allows connection to be broken without galling or seizing. It provides re-sealing qualities if the initial seal is broken. It prolongs the life of gaskets and prevents corrosion. It prevents gasket and packing dry-out and eliminates gasket. Sticking. It decreases leakage from gear boxes when added to the gear oil ( if the seal is not completely shot) Brushed periodically on surfaces subject to chemical contamination, it will usually end the corrosion.

GEAR BOX SEALANT & STOP LEAK - Using as a Gear box Sealant the STS #330 required to seal the gear box depends upon the capacity of the system. PRE-mix well with a small amount of gear oil before adding to the gear case. DO NOT USE WITH SYNTHETIC GEAR OILS, for weeping or small drips that provide a problem to your work plant.

As Packing and Gasket Supplement - apply #330 to the pump and valve packing by buttering conventional packing prior to installation. It provides sealing and easy removal and re-use of the gasket following extended service. On Chevron packing , Fill in EACH of the V grooves. When a little pressure is applied, these will be forced into a paste. The paste will extrude and seal each ring of the chevron packing.

As Thread Sealant, apply # 330 to the pipe using a brush or paddle. For best results, apply to the first thread of the female threads # 330 will plate our evenly over threads as the connection is being made.

For "O" rings, use the #330 by applying a this coat on the "O" ring . It will not pinch, will reduce friction betewwn the O Ring and not dry out so that you get a longer life.

For Radiator Hoses, use the # 330 by applying first on to the radiator fitting, then slide the hose clamp on and clamp down.

For Batteries, use the # 330 by putting the battery cable on and clamp down, Then coat the terminal to prevent rust and corrosion.
